The Sanctuary at Desert Ridge community is nestled into the scenic backdrop of the North Phoenix desert. This community offers vast amounts of open space, community amenities, neighborhood ramada’s, walking paths, trails, playgrounds and parks. Characterized by precisely designed masonry monuments, subtle signage, stone veneer accents, custom gates, and beautiful community walls through-out, it is impossible to not to appreciate the meticulous master planning that took place. Sargon was the proud contractor of choice for the masonry and steel construction of the land development of the Sanctuary @ Desert Ridge community.
