Located in Cave Creek, this brand new Life Storage facility is securely monitored 24 hours a day. Their self storage spaces are all indoors and range in size from 5×5 all the way up to 10×30. It is a two story facility – one level below ground and one level above ground. Sargon Masonry is proud to be the contractor of choice for the masonry work at Life Storage.
The masonry scope of work on this project consisted of 24,652 sf of masonry work. The walls above grade, varied in height from 18′ to 20′. Ground face, sandblasted and standard smooth face 8x8x16″ CMU were used. Three different colors of Charcoal, Mesastone and Purple Heart were also used to create an aesthetically appealing exterior design.
