The Northlands Community in Peoria is set against the stunning backdrop of the Calderwood Buttes and Lake Pleasant Regional Park. This community was designed to allows its residents and visitors alike to enjoy the stunning views of the natural landscape in all directions, yet also have easy access to all of the dinging, shopping and entertainment venues Peoria, has to offer. Sargon was the proud masonry and stone contractor of choice for the land development at the Northlands community.
Northlands showcases the expert Masonry and Stone craftsmanship that Sargon is known for. This community integrated natural stone accents throughout the project which allows the project to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Sargon installed the stone on areas such as the mailbox enclosures, site walls, community signage and entry features.
Sargon Masonry was also responsible for all retaining walls, theme walls, full view fencing, partial view fencing, entry monuments, entry signage and mailbox enclosures.
