Located in the city of Mesa, this brand new Overland Self Storage facility is securely gated and video monitored 24 hours a day. It is a two story facility with easy access to elevators and a covered loading dock. Sargon Masonry is proud to be the contractors of choice for the masonry work at the Overland Self Storage.
The masonry scope of work on this project consisted of 32,442 sf of masonry work. The walls varied in height from 20′ to 29′ 8″. Split face, ground face, and standard smooth face CMU were used. Three different colors of block (Rutherford, Pebbled Beach & Black Canyon) were also used to create a beautiful outside aesthetic. When driving up to this project we hope you notice the radius on the front of the building. We ensured our masonry work was precise to make it flow seamlessly!
