It is located just behind a ridge in the desert mountains of the Ahwatukee Foothills and backs up to over 16,000 acres of preserved land in South Mountain area. This community caters to anyone looking to hike, bike or explore the surrounding 50+ miles of trails. Sargon Steel & Sargon Masonry were the contractors of choice for the land development portion of the Promontory at Foothills West.
At Sargon Steel & Sargon Masonry, we loved doing a project that was expertly designed to make the masonry, stone, and steel seamlessly blend into and enhance the surrounding natural landscape. Sargon Steel was responsible for the community entry gates and custom steel accents. Sargon Masonry was responsible for entry and community monuments, entry signage, mailbox enclosures, flood cut off walls, theme walls, pour-in-place concrete walls, and natural stone installation
