Sargon Steel was responsible for the oversized community ramada, entry gates, steel entry monuments, restroom enclosures, shade structures, view fencing and gabion baskets. Sargon Masonry was responsible for community and entry monuments, community restrooms, double-sided oversized fireplace, cast-in-place seat wall, raised planter, gabion baskets, mailbox enclosures, theme walls, view walls, and retaining walls.
